"To be honest, I was not quite sure what to expect when I decided to undertake the Harmony Home workshop but I would say that attending the workshop was quite an eye opener.
I came away from this workshop thinking deeply about the way I interact with my children and reflected on past interactions and how I can improve on that moving forward.
Fitz has a seemingly unique talent in getting one to understand the harmful behaviours that many of us partake in on a day to day basis without even realising it. Behaviours that we perceive to be “normal” due to our own upbringing.
The workshop itself was well organised, easy to follow, engaging and insightful and Fitz was happy to answer any questions at the conclusion of the presentation.

How Soul Refinery began through real relationship dynamics that hold
There was a period where pressure did not let up. Conversations shifted without warning. Families divided over things that once would not have touched them. Long standing relationships fractured in real time. Once those lines were crossed, things did not return to what they were.
Life had moved forward, but the underlying tension of that period remained. In the continued backdrop of that chaos, an unexpected introduction led Fitzroy to meet his partner. From the first conversation, there was a clarity to the connection that held without effort.
Not long after, the relationship was tested. A moment that would usually end things. Words carried force and past wounds surfaced fast. Fitzroy did not defend or correct. He stayed with what was underneath it and listened beyond the reaction. The moment did not escalate. It resolved. What would normally close opened, and something shifted that had not been accessible before. His partner felt it in real time and knew it was different.
These moments repeated and the connection stabilised into something real. What he already understood was present in how he responded when it mattered. Each challenge returned in similar form, and each time it was met differently. Over time, the connection deepened in a way that held under pressure.
At a certain point, it became clear this could not remain between them. What was being lived was not personal in nature. It carried beyond the two of them. Eventually, his partner said something that neither of them could ignore. “This is beautiful and far too powerful to keep just between us. Humanity needs this.”
That moment marked the beginning of Soul Refinery. What is offered now comes directly from what was already known, lived, and continues to be demonstrated in real time.
